On the way from Chicago down to New Orleans I slept one night in the Hotel Diamondhead Inn & Suites. Honestly it is nothing fancy. It is a regular Hotel or better-said Motel. However at night the red yard sign of this Hotel colours and transforms the environment. I loved that.
